As a Multi‑Skilled Technician, you will:

  • Deliver high‑quality repairs
  • Carry out work to a high standard in your primary trade.
  • Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Deliver repairs with professionalism, care and respect for customers’ homes.
  • Help us achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work safely and responsibly
  • Assess risks before starting work and apply appropriate Health & Safety controls.
  • Report near misses and incidents promptly.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable customers.
  • Look after tools, equipment and vehicles
  • Maintain company vehicles to required standards.
  • Manage van stock efficiently.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are safe, certified and well maintained.
