We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a background in procurement processes. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate spend data, supporting global projects, and ensuring compliance across supplier contracts.
- Update and maintain the spend cube (Excel/macros), including addressable and non-addressable spend.
- Validate category codes and reallocate where necessary.
- Perform spend analytics and integrate data from the contract database to identify:
- Contract roadmaps and upcoming expirations
- Suppliers without contracts or missing entries in the database
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Procurement analytical experience desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP or PTP systems advantageous.
- Highly organised, proactive self-starter.
- Previous procurement background preferred.
What you’ll get in return:
Rate inc Hol pay up to £ per hour. Hybrid working available – Initially, though will be 4 or 5 days on site in Milton Keynes, after the first few weeks can revert to 3 days' office-based.
