We’re a small, friendly, family‑run business in Milton Keynes looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team for the season. This role focusses mainly on lawn mowing, with some occasional strimming, working across a range of commercial properties in and around Milton Keynes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing across commercial sites in Milton Keynes
- Occasional strimming and general grounds upkeep
- Using push mowers, ride‑on mowers, and handheld equipment
- Travelling between sites in company vehicles
- Maintaining equipment and following site safety procedures
- Representing the business professionally when onsite
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Clean DBS check (or ability to pass one)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in mowing, strimming, or grounds maintenance
- Background in landscaping or outdoor labour
