As CRM Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role in a major CRM transformation programme, driving the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure milestones are met and business disruption is minimised.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risks.
- Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
- Supporting governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Driving adoption and change management across the organisation.
