Job Overview: An excellent opportunity to support colleagues through a key transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. As a Floorwalker, you will act as an onâsite and virtual guide, delivering clear demonstrations, answering howâto questions, and encouraging confident adoption of Teams. This role is ideal for someone who is approachable, supportive, and skilled in user education.
- Location: On-site (Manchester M3 3AP)
- Contract Length: 5 weeks
- Start Date: 26th or 27th February (Induction) â Work commences 2nd March 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a visible, approachable presence to support colleagues with âhow do Iâ questions (nonâtechnical).
- Deliver Teams demos in person and remotely using preâdefined scripts and presentation decks.
- Explain key differences between Zoom and Microsoft Teams, including meeting setup and collaboration tools.
- Provide tips, guidance, and best practices to build user confidence in Teams.
- Encourage engagement and successful adoption of Teams across the organisation.
- Record all support and assistance provided to colleagues.
- Support users in a friendly, patient, and clear manner.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams features and functionality.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, friendly, nonâtechnical manner.
- Familiarity with Zoom to support transition conversations.
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups, both on-site and remotely.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and peopleâengagement skills.
- Approachable, patient, and proactive attitude.
