A dynamic consultancy is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join a small but growing team of environmental specialists. This role supports a diverse workload that spans wind energy, rail infrastructure, and a variety of construction projects.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and support fellow team members
- Assist with team planning and resource allocation
- Conduct a full range of ecological surveys, including specialist species work
- Produce detailed technical reports
- Collaborate on business development efforts
- Liaise directly with clients on larger, more complex projects
- Mentor junior staff
