Our client is a globally recognised law firm who are currently recruiting for a NQ-4 PQE Property Damage solicitor to join their Manchester office on a hybrid working basis.
This Property Damage solicitor role will see you:
- Manage a caseload of property damage claims, including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence and impact damage
- Handle policy coverage and product liability matters
- Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice to clients
- Maintain accurate case records and adhere to client SLAs
What you'll need to succeed:
- You must be a qualified solicitor with 0–4 years PQE with previous experience in insurance litigation.
