They are currently recruiting for solicitors/chartered legal executives to join their Personal Injury department in Manchester and Liverpool, where you will be responsible for a range of intermediate track claims. Hybrid working and a competitive bonus are available and negotiable dependent on experience.
This Intermediate Track Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEx role will see you:
- Handle your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims.
- Provide technical supervision and mentorship to team members and the wider practice.
- Prepare high-quality legal documentation, including pleadings, interlocutory applications and supporting statements.
- Offer expert advice on complex litigation matters, procedural strategies, and risk management.
- Support team development by sharing best practices and delivering training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory obligations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with management to optimise processes and enhance client service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed:
