Our client is a top personal injury law firm based in the North West. They are ranked in the Top 100 law firms and have been recognised by the Legal 500 for over a decade. They are currently recruiting for NQ-5 PQE personal injury solicitors to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth.
This Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you:
- Manage a personal caseload of pre- and post-issue fast-track and intermediate-track occupiers’ liability and public liability cases.
- Provide assistance on higher-value claims.
- Conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
- Work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.
- Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0–5 years PQE.
- Previous experience of fast-track OL/PL claims is essential.
- Successful applicants will have a proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work they do.
- Knowledge of the 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial.
