Are you highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO. This is a varied and dynamic role that requires discretion, flexibility, and commitment to excellence. This role is to start in January 2026, 4 days in the office, 1 day at home, based in Trafford Park, some out-of-hours work will be expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO.
  • Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Support with project coordination and follow-up actions.
  • Out-of-hours duties may include monitoring and responding to urgent emails outside standard office hours, occasional evening or weekend event coordination, and ensuring smooth communication during business-critical periods.
