Your new role involves driving continuous improvement in finance controls, leveraging digital tools and automation for efficiency. You will lead month-end close, statutory accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and audit standards. Additionally, you will build trusted relationships with auditors, advisers, banks, and regulators while partnering internally to support sound financial decisions. You’ll also inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and innovation.
What you’ll need to succeed: You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven track record of leading finance teams and driving transformation.
