You will lead month-end close, statutory accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and audit standards. You’ll also inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and innovation.

What you’ll need to succeed: You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven track record of leading finance teams and driving transformation. You should possess a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, along with deep knowledge of technical accounting, financial controls, and reporting. Experience in delivering change and implementing automation or new systems is essential. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are also required. Experience in the health or social care sector would be considered highly desirable.
