Are you an Intermediate Electrical Estimator looking to progress your career within a rapidly growing Design & Build M&E contractor? Do you enjoy working on fast-paced projects? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll be joining a well-established, client-focused building services contractor with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality M&E solutions on projects valued up to £5m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand their estimating team.
Your New Role
- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates
- Analyse project drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information
- Produce detailed cost breakdowns for labour, materials and subcontractors
- Attend pre- and post-tender meetings where required
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in an estimating role producing costings (electrical or M&E preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using Trimble
- Ability to work on multiple projects and to tight deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
