A well-established organisation based in Wythenshawe is looking to add additional support to one of its growing teams. Due to increased workloads, they are now seeking a Data Administrator to join them on a fixed-term basis.

You will play a key role in supporting the team with a range of administrative and data-focused tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and maintaining data across various in-house systems and portals
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Verifying information and supporting internal data quality processes
  • Using SAP to assist with invoice processing and related administrative duties
  • Producing monthly reports using Excel
  • Coordinating with third-party suppliers and sharing relevant information with external partners

To be successful, you’ll be an experienced administrator with a background heavily centred around data processing or data entry. You will be comfortable completing repetitive tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable work. Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills are beneficial. The ideal candidate will also be immediately available to start.
