Your new role:
- As a Corporate & International Tax Manager, you’ll play a key role in advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.
- You’ll manage complex tax projects, build long-term client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on UK and international tax issues for large corporate clients.
- Managing compliance obligations including tax return submissions and tax accounting/reporting.
- Leading and developing teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client engagement.
- Collaborating creatively to solve complex tax challenges and deliver strategic insights.
You’ll work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, with a dedicated coach to support your development and wellbeing.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A professional tax qualification (ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing tax computations and accounting disclosures.
- Experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.
- Sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Business development experience and a proactive approach to identifying client opportunities.
- Confidence in discussing broader UK and global business issues with clients.
