An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Interim Corporate Finance Manager to join a highly regarded independent firm of accountants based in the North West. This role will support the partner with a specific focus on the financial due diligence and reporting aspects of transactions.
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality buy-side and sell-side support, including:
- Leading and supporting financial due diligence engagements
- Preparing clear, concise financial due diligence reports for clients
- Analysing historical financial information, including EBITDA, cash flow and net debt
- Identifying key risks, issues and value drivers within target businesses
- Supporting clients through the transaction process, working to tight deadlines
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external advisers
- Contributing to financial modelling and deal support where required
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with:
- Proven experience in corporate finance and/or financial due diligence
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial awareness
- Experience working within an accountancy practice or transaction services environment
- Excellent analytical, report-writing and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for an interim or contract role
