A leading commercial real estate international consultancy is looking to expand the valuations team with either an MRICS or APC Valuation Surveyor based in the Manchester office. You will be joining a team of 6 other valuation surveyors in Manchester who are continuing to grow working in the commercial sector. The UK business has a head office in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.
Your new role
- Qualification: MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent qualification or working towards it
- Experience: in property valuations, ideally with experience in commercial.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of property valuation techniques, market analysis, and the ability to interpret complex property data.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior team members.
