Hays have been appointed to recruit a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is an office-based role, and you will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your skills in administration, customer care, and order management in a role where your contribution will truly make a difference.
Your new role involves being at the heart of the business, ensuring customers receive the very best service while supporting sales growth and day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service & Communication – Answering calls and responding to enquiries with professionalism and care. Keep customers informed about order status, delivery updates, and any potential delays. Resolve issues and complaints promptly, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Sales & Growth Support - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver quotations and pricing to customers. Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase value. Identify and research new leads for potential opportunities.
- Administration & Team Support – Manage customer returns, demos, special orders, and service requests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Provide vital administrative support to the team of 7 Business Development Managers.
