You will be working for a well-established construction organisation, who are currently seeking experienced joiners to add to what is an already experienced team in Derry.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out response maintenance repairs, fault-finding, roofing repairs and general joinery works. It is key to ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. You will be working in void and tenanted properties, so providing a first-class service to customers is essential.
Tasks will include:
- 1st and 2nd fix duties
- All ironmongery repairs
- All types of door installation
- Perform any other tasks that may be reasonably required from time-to-time
- Follow the instruction of the site supervisor to meet the needs of clients and tenants.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Valid CSR card
- High level experience carrying out 1st & 2nd fix joinery
- Full Driving Licence
