Your new Brokers are a well-established Lloyd’s Broking House who specialise in all classes of US Casualty, Property & Financial Lines Risks. They are an innovative and friendly mid-tier Lloyd’s Broking House with a drive to provide the best possible solutions to their clients. Due to substantial growth in the US Casualty Portfolio, a permanent job for a US Casualty Broker has arisen.
Your new permanent job will involve working on a large US portfolio where you will be responsible for providing US agents with the highest possible client servicing. You will be responsible for placing and negotiating US Casualty Risks with Lloyd’s Insurers and handling complex US Casualty Renewals and New Business queries. You must be confident in negotiating the best possible terms with London Market Insurers and be willing to travel to the US to develop and maintain client relationships. Experience with handling Open Market and Binder US Casualty risks is preferred.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Your previous experience working as a US Casualty Broker for a Lloyd’s Broker, where you have developed excellent relationships with key Insurers and markets, will contribute to your success in securing this role.
- You will have solid relationships with US Casualty Markets, be confident in negotiating competitive terms with Insurers, and have experience in travelling and handling complex US markets.
- You will be technically confident and able to be a self-starter as this role is very much a hybrid role with lots of room for growth.
