I'm supporting a major transformation programme that requires a Senior Business Analyst with strong PM/Programme capability. This role focuses on operating model redesign across several business areas, combining hands-on delivery with high-quality analysis and documentation.
What you'll be working on:
- Designing new Roles & Responsibilities, Service Definitions, Service Models, and SLAs
- Facilitating workshops and working closely with senior SMEs
- Producing clear, structured current-state and future-state documentation
- Supporting strategic improvements across onboarding, customer journeys, risk & controls, and operational resilience
- Delivering change activity while maintaining continuity of service
