Rate: £300-£400 (inside IR35)
About the Role
Hays are partnered with a leading banking client, who are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join their London People Operations team on a 6-month contract. This role is critical in supporting the optimisation and configuration of the HRIS (Workday) platform, ensuring seamless HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and analyse core HRIS modules to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and HRIS dashboards using Workday Standard and Advanced Reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Configure business processes and security roles in line with organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain robust security configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and deliver solutions that improve efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience creating custom reports and dashboards in HR systems.
