Job Overview: The Deskside Support Personnel will provide hands-on, onsite technical support to end users. The role ensures efficient resolution of IT issues, smooth operation of user devices, and high-quality customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Location: London

Rate: PAYE – £ (Basic) or UMB – £ (Under IR35)

Start/End Date: 26-Jan-26 to 25-Sep-26

Duration: Mon-Fri 09:00 - 05:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support Windows OS, user applications, and standard corporate tools.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations in line with SLAs.
  • Assist with asset management, device replacements, and routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with wider IT teams to ensure continuity of service.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in deskside or onsite IT support.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows environments, hardware troubleshooting, and common enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently onsite in a structured environment.
