Job Overview: Do you enjoy working on strategic topics with senior stakeholders, adding value by managing key presentations and running analyses? We’re looking for a motivated candidate to complement our Supply Chain Chief of Staff team and closely collaborate with the management of the function.
Location: London
Hybrid Daily Rate: Flexible Rate
Contract Length: Until June 2026

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely and directly with the Head of Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Management Forum to create compelling narratives and strategic storylines for high-impact senior management presentations.
- Take full ownership of the input-gathering process for strategic presentations, coordinating collection with key stakeholders across the organisation, validating and synthesising data and insights ensuring accuracy, relevance and tailoring the content to the intended audience.
- Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover actionable insights and support executive decision-making on key supply chain topics. This could include, but is not limited to, the development of Excel-based models and dashboards to perform commercial analyses, analysis of supplier performance.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and two days are the same—bringing agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to tackle evolving challenges and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple inputs and deadlines.
- Strong communicator, capable of preparing clear, concise materials and translating complex information into compelling and impactful narratives.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including partnering with senior leadership.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making.
- Trusted to handle confidential information, demonstrating integrity and sound judgement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and experience in developing executive-level presentations with clear storylines and impactful visuals.
- Previous experience related to our knowledge of Supply Chain processes is not a must. Previous experience in consulting is advantageous.
