We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Lawyer to join a highly regarded environment, planning, and health and safety practice for a temporary assignment with an immediate start. In this role, you will provide strategic advice on both contentious and non-contentious health and safety issues, including incident response, regulatory investigations, and compliance frameworks. You will have exposure to high-profile cases involving corporate manslaughter, workplace fatalities, and major industrial accidents, as well as advising on product liability and recall matters across diverse sectors such as food, manufacturing, and energy.
