This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team.
Our client has established a team of company secretarial and corporate governance specialists who provide clients with a broad range of governance advisory and managed services in the UK. As a result of growth and several client/project wins, they are looking for candidates to support the delivery of UK Managed Service client engagements, primarily focusing on listed plc clients. You will support the delivery of governance advisory and managed service client engagements, advising clients on UK listing requirements, compliance, governance and transaction related matters and establish and maintain client relationships. You will supervise and coach junior members of the team, develop and maintain subject matter technical knowledge and service delivery templates, processes, tools and materials. You will support business development and client relationship management activities and contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives as and when required.
Our client is looking for candidates with at least 18 months of previous company secretarial and corporate governance experience within professional services or industry, ideally within or for listed companies. You might be a Member of the CGI/ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute. However, this is not a pre-requisite and our client is keen to hear from candidates with sufficient qualifying experience. This company is known for their CGI support from funding for study leave.
This position provides a competitive salary, full study support towards your qualification, and access to a comprehensive suite of employee benefits. You’ll work with a varied client portfolio and have clear opportunities for career progression within a well-respected firm.
