As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead complex projects, influence board-level conversations, and help clients navigate evolving risks—from regulatory change to emerging challenges like cyber and climate.
With the role you will:
- Lead with Impact – Manage high-profile, multidisciplinary projects and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Innovate & Grow – Drive development of cutting-edge solutions in risk and capital modelling, ESG, and emerging risk areas.
- Develop Talent – Mentor and coach the next generation of actuarial professionals.
- Collaborate Globally – Work with diverse teams across markets and disciplines.
You will be a qualified non-life actuary with proven experience in risk and capital modelling (development, implementation, validation), and a strong understanding of insurance risks and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II). The ability to simplify complex technical issues for senior audiences is key.
Advantageous if you have experience in catastrophe risk, reserving, pricing, IFRS17, audit, or emerging risks (cyber, climate, ESG).
A highly competitive base salary of c. £110k to £155k, coupled with a car/cash allowance and an excellent benefits package. Flexible working options available. The client can also offer visa sponsorship if needed.
