About the Role: We are recruiting a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist base supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The base currently supports five children in Years 1–4, and you will provide 1:1 and small group support to help them engage positively with learning. This is a short-term role, ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach. You will work alongside experienced staff to create a safe, supportive environment where pupils can develop confidence and resilience.
