A well-known professional services firm is looking for a Reward Consultant to join its high-performing Financial Services People Advisory Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of reward practices, from executive and RemCo advisory to BAU.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering reward solutions across regulatory change, remuneration frameworks, governance, and data-led insight. Working closely with senior colleagues and client stakeholders, you’ll contribute to both advisory and compliance-driven projects, support disclosure and reporting activity, and help ensure reward strategies align with broader business and people priorities.
Beyond delivery, you’ll have the chance to build trusted client relationships, coach and develop junior team members, and actively contribute to the firm’s growth through developing existing client accounts or supporting new business opportunities.

You’ll bring excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output.
