My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who seek a PEGA Lead Systems Architect (LSA) to take ownership of designing, architecting, and delivering innovative BPM and CRM solutions using the PEGA Platform, for a well-known end client.
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience as a PEGA Lead Systems Architect, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Prior involvement of at least one implementation with Process/Task Mining.
- PEGA Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of PEGA frameworks, including Customer Service, Decisioning, and Smart Disputes.
- Hands-on expertise in system integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, MQ, and Kafka.
Nice to have:
- Active Security Clearance (SC).
- Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools for PEGA.
