Your new role: As supervisor, you need to ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioning safely. You will be responsible for a team of engineers, including day engineers and shift engineers. Ensuring KPIs are met is a key part of this role. Ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date, prioritising statutory and mandatory tasks, and also ensuring reactive tasks are completed as per priority.
What you’ll need to succeed: The qualifications you will need to hold are: City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 qualification or equivalent, HVAC qualification & relevant HV experience, IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal), IOSH managing safely. Equivalent Mechanical qualifications would also be sufficient with the correct level of experience.
