As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful events, creative design, and effective communications. This hands-on position involves bringing ideas to life by supporting events, producing eye-catching designs, managing brand assets and templates, and driving both digital and offline initiatives. You will coordinate logistics, maintain media libraries, and assist with photography, videography, and branded merchandise to ensure every detail is on-brand and executed seamlessly.
In this fast-paced and varied role, your creativity, organisational skills, and enthusiasm for branding and events will shine as you help craft memorable experiences and meaningful connections. You will provide on-site support for marketing events, including setup, branding, and logistics, while overseeing marketing supplies and stock control. Your responsibilities will also include designing and using templates for social media posts and stories, developing and maintaining Office templates for internal and external presentations, and managing files and media libraries through regular audits. Additionally, you will support branded merchandise from sourcing to distribution, assist with photography and videography for events and campaigns, and contribute to data analysis and presentations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or creative support
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
