As a Legal Biller, you will play an essential role within the organisation. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely billing across all civil law areas, working closely with fee earners to maximise claim levels and enhance billing efficiency. You’ll handle queries, challenge incorrect assessments, and provide guidance on best billing practices, while also contributing to improved systems and stronger revenue recovery. What you’ll need to succeed:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal billing
- Strong understanding of Civil Legal Aid billing procedures
- Confidence in fee collection via telephone
