As a Senior Employee Relations Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing complex ER cases and advising leaders on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters—from performance and absence management to disciplinary, grievance, and restructuring. Reporting to the ER Director, you’ll act as a senior escalation point, coach ER Advisors, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll also support change programmes, deliver training, and collaborate with global ER colleagues to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risk.
