Join a dynamic sales-driven organisation focused on delivering exceptional results. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team on an interim basis. This role is critical in shaping engaging, effective learning experiences for our sales teams.

As an Interim Instructional Designer, you will design and develop high-impact learning solutions that enhance sales performance and drive business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and enablement teams to create content that is practical, engaging, and aligned with our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
  • Translate complex sales concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and adult learning principles.
  • Utilise tools such as Articulate, Rise, or similar platforms to build digital learning assets.
  • Evaluate and iterate on learning programs based on feedback and performance data.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, ideally within a sales or commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in a hybrid manner, 3 days per week from the London office.
