Interim HR Operations Manager - London Hybrid (3 days per week in office/ 2 days per week from home) - 12 M FTC - c£80,000 - £90,000

You will join a successful joint venture within the energy sector.

As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the HR function for the JV and taking away the reliance from the parent companies. This will involve managing the hire to retire employment lifecycle including Employee Relations as well as developing policy, handbooks and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing all HR data and reporting as well as managing payroll and benefits as well as continuous improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in a start-up or joint venture environment where you have managed the employee lifecycle and developed policy and procedure to ensure compliance with UK legislation.
  • Ability to act as an escalation point for all HR matters and influence and engage at a senior level.
  • Immediate availability to start a new role and commit to a 12 M FTC working in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London office.
