As a Senior Customer & CRM Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy through data. Working within the Marketing Analytics team, you’ll focus on optimising CRM programmes and improving customer journeys, while collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
You’ll be responsible for:
