In this role, you will:
- Drive Corporate Strategy: Develop and evolve the group’s strategic roadmap, using advanced analytics, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to anticipate shifts and identify opportunities.
- Align Group Priorities: Bring coherence to the organisation’s messaging and strategy by working closely with brand leads to ensure plans ladder up to group level ambition.
- Champion Innovation & Growth: Scout and shape new pathways for expansion from partnerships and emerging ventures to strategic acquisitions and opportunities.
- Strengthen Risk & Sustainability Thinking: Collaborate with central teams to ensure strategic initiatives are resilient, responsible, and aligned with long-term sustainable growth.
