Hays are currently partnering with an international bank to be a part of the EMEA Benefits Team, part of the global compensation & Benefits function, managing a wide network of vendors across the EMEA region. They are seeking an experienced professional to oversee vendor governance and ensure compliance with bank standards. This role will act as a key liaison between procurement, global information security, and vendor management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management
- Maintain and update vendor inventory and lifecycle documentation using internal tools.
- Collaborate with Benefits Specialists and vendors to collect required information for risk assessments.
- Ensure proper registration of data transfers between the bank and third parties.
- Support risk assessments aligned with the bank’s governance framework.
- Review vendor performance scorecards and drive adherence to standards.
- Partner with Information Security to review vendor assessments and evaluate service impact.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for third-party vendors.
- Track and report vendor-related security issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Act as the primary contact between procurement and third-party vendors.
- Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
- Ensure vendor capabilities align with business needs.
About You
- Proven experience in vendor governance, risk management, and procurement operations within a regulated or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance and information security requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
