An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser / Chartered Financial Planner with a solid track record in management to step into a key role within a well-established accountancy practice. The company has ambitious plans for growth and is looking to invest significantly by appointing a Head of Financial Planning to expand the firm's wealth planning business.
This is a new role whereby you will be provided with a blank canvas to grow the financial planning business. This will include building a new team of advisers across several locations to work closely with the accountancy side of the business to maximise opportunities with existing clients.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will have a demonstrable track record of building and growing a team of advisers.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Experience of working within compliance oversight.
- The drive and ambition to take on a role which will be focused on continued growth.
- Prepared to be hands-on in advising an existing client portfolio in the short-term whilst building your advisory team.
- Essential to be a fully-qualified financial adviser, ideally Chartered.
