I am currently representing a leading tax disputes firm based in London seeking an experienced tax disputes and investigations manager to make a significant impact on this firm. This role involves working on both direct and indirect taxes, managing complex tax investigations and a diverse range of tax enquiries.   • Preparing and reviewing tax disclosure reports
  • Leading complex tax investigations from start to finish
  • Handling a wide range of Tax Enquiries
  • Managing critical investigations, including Code of Practice 9 and CDF investigations
  • Preparing comprehensive and detailed disclosure reports
  • Meeting clients and liaising with HMRC inspectors
  • Mentoring and training junior members of the team
  • Applying analytical and spreadsheet skills to support reporting and investigations

  • Significant experience of working on complex tax investigations
  • Experience managing Code of Practice 9 and CDF investigations
  • Extensive experience preparing disclosure reports
