They have distilled their previous experiences into this new firm and are well-positioned to mentor the next generation of Experts.
The firm takes on a range of work, from smaller cases to mid-ticket and larger ones, recognising the importance of diverse cases for staff development and professional interest. There is a healthy perspective on promotion, with no "lockstep"; when you’re ready, you’re ready. Their delivery model includes interim contractor help during high-pressure periods.
Your new role involves handling a variety of commercial disputes, particularly in International Arbitration, including:
- Breaches of contract
- Breaches of warranty
- Valuation disputes
- Accounting treatments
- Investment Treaty disputes
- Post M&A/transaction disputes
- Contract review
- Intellectual property
- Shareholder / JV disputes
- Funds & asset tracing
The team is well-resourced and recruits newly-qualified ACA converters into Forensics, providing support and resources for growth in your role.
