A leading, fast-growing organisation within the healthcare/services sector is seeking a high calibre Finance Manager to lead its finance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, values-driven business going through continued expansion. You’ll work closely with the CFO and leadership team while managing a well-established finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts and oversee payroll, VAT, and statutory filings
- Manage working capital and lead IFRS 16 lease accounting
- Lead annual audits and maintain strong financial controls
- Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Provide financial insight to support business decisions
- Manage and develop a finance team, driving a high-performing culture
- Ensure compliance and improve processes, systems, and controls
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Qualified accountant (ACA)
- 3+ years’ experience in management accounts
- Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills
- Confident team leader with excellent communication skills
- Experience with cloud-based finance systems
