Your new company is an international professional services firm based in Dubai. Looking for an EA to relocate from the UK.
Your new role involves supporting a CEO who is incredibly busy. He travels extensively and holds many passports, so an understanding of complicated visa applications is essential. He is very entrepreneurial and needs someone who can multitask. This is a very strategic role, working in partnership with him, being one step ahead, with lots of project work and some private PA support. It is a hands-on, progressive role alongside traditional EA duties such as time management across many time zones, briefing materials for meetings, travel and logistics, Board and committee meeting scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and operational support.
What you will need to succeed: You must have a steady and progressive CV as an EA, a background in a large international legal firm, knowledge of Boards and committees, minute-taking (understanding terminology), and governance.
What you will get in return: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office (some flexibility depending on the CEO's schedule). Relocation package including flights, shipping, and initial residence.
