Join a leading Bank as an Event Marketing Specialist!

We’re seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to deliver high‑quality conferences, meetings, and events across EMEA. You will manage full event logistics across virtual, hybrid, and in‑person formats while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external clients. This role requires exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, and extensive experience managing multiple complex projects at pace.

Location: London (hybrid/on-site)

Daily Rate: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver medium and large‑scale meetings, events, and conferences across EMEA.
  • Manage complete event logistics, including agendas, invitations, supplier coordination, travel, accommodation, visas, and compliance.
  • Create, manage, and update schedules using the BTS system.
  • Handle project budgets, including pre‑ and post‑event costings.
  • Liaise closely with internal business areas, stakeholders, and global teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors, Managers, and business sponsors to support events across Global Markets and Global Banking.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in event marketing or conferences, ideally within Financial or Professional Services.
  • Proven experience delivering both virtual and in‑person events.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Good knowledge of the EMEA event market and emerging industry trends.
