Supported by the Head of, you will be responsible for leading environmental and sustainability efforts on a large nuclear infrastructure project in East Anglia / the Southeast. Your mission is to ensure compliance with environmental permits and licences, drive best-practice sustainability, foster a high-performance environmental culture across the supply chain, engage regulators, oversee audits and improvements, manage KPIs, and promote continuous performance enhancement.
What you will need to succeed:
- A degree in an environmental-related discipline.
- Extensive experience managing E&S teams on large, complex, highly regulated construction projects.
- Broad construction lifecycle knowledge (civils, mechanical, electrical, completions).
- Strong leadership, influencing, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing environmental permits, licences, consents, and ISO 14001 compliance.
- Proven track record engaging regulators, contractors, clients, and delivering on regulatory commitments.
