About the Role
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented Employment Lawyer with approximately 3 years’ post-qualification experience to join their dynamic London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile matters for global clients across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
Handlingplex tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
Providing strategic advice on workforce restructuring, TUPE, and employee relations issues.
Supporting cross-border projects and collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years PQE in employment law.
Strong experience in both advisory and litigation work.
Excellent technical knowledge andmercial awareness.
Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service under pressure.
Previous experience in an international or top-tier UK firm is desirable.
