This founder-led business is scaling rapidly and is looking for its first long-term hire to play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s future. Based in a creative coworking space in North London, you’ll work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure to a variety of marketing activities across multiple industries.
This is an all-encompassing digital marketing role where you’ll take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and broader marketing activities. This role starts part-time (20 hours per week) with the intention of growing into a full-time position as the agency scales.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Meta Ads experience is essential – do not apply unless you have this).
- Setting up and maintaining tracking (pixels, tags, events) and reporting on performance.
- Supporting marketing execution across email, landing pages, branding, and ad creative.
- Writing engaging copy for ads, emails, and websites.
- Collaborating with the founders on client delivery and agency growth initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (essential).
- Experience with Google Ads and understanding of tracking and analytics.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Nice to have: Email marketing, SEO basics, Canva, and agency experience.
