Your new role involves being responsible for planning, creating, and executing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and retention. Working within an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, personalised experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Design automated workflows and Canvas Journeys based on lifecycle stages and behavioural insights.
  • Personalise campaigns using Liquid scripting for dynamic content.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns using performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and deliverability best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.
  • Maintain documentation and support governance processes.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar multichannel tools.
  • Familiarity with campaign automation, segmentation, and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Liquid scripting (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign metrics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of anti-spam regulations.
