We’re looking for a proactive and organised Training & Consultancy Officer to join a purpose-driven charity working to reduce harm and create positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of consultancy and training services that have a real impact across workplaces and health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for training and consultancy enquiries
  • Manage diaries, booking forms, and training schedules
  • Liaise with clients and associates to coordinate sessions
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate expenditure records
  • Ensure smooth client experience pre- and post-training, including feedback and follow-up
  • Maintain training management systems and generate certificates
  • Support bids, tenders, and client stewardship activities
