We’re looking for a proactive and organised Training & Consultancy Officer to join a purpose-driven charity working to reduce harm and create positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of consultancy and training services that have a real impact across workplaces and health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for training and consultancy enquiries
- Manage diaries, booking forms, and training schedules
- Liaise with clients and associates to coordinate sessions
- Process invoices and maintain accurate expenditure records
- Ensure smooth client experience pre- and post-training, including feedback and follow-up
- Maintain training management systems and generate certificates
- Support bids, tenders, and client stewardship activities
What We’re Looking For
