As Communications Manager, you will take a proactive and strategic approach to shaping how they connect with audiences. Your responsibilities will span internal and external communications, both online and offline, while managing community engagement and overseeing PR initiatives that enhance brand visibility. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational ability, you will craft compelling content, maintain consistent messaging, and champion internal communications to keep teams informed and engaged.

In this dynamic role, you will balance creativity with attention to detail as you draft and publish social content, build media relationships, respond to consumer queries, and drive internal updates. Combining storytelling, strategy, and innovation with a deep understanding of their audience, you will deliver impactful communications across multiple channels.

You will manage social media by planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms, responding to posts and comments, and monitoring daily activity to identify opportunities for their brands. Staying ahead of trends and exploring emerging platforms will also be part of your remit.

Your PR responsibilities will include drafting press releases, managing their distribution, tracking and reporting PR activity, and building strong media relationships. You will support award submissions and other external communications to strengthen their presence.

On the consumer communications side, you will respond promptly and professionally to customer and community queries, track and report enquiry trends for insights, and manage consumer panel emails. Internally, you will create and distribute updates and lead initiatives that improve engagement and foster a culture of transparent communication.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in communications, PR, or community management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
  • Desirable: Experience with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and additional languages (Spanish is a plus).
